Previous Shows

In 2001 an Oklahoma couple hosted the first ever pinball show in the D/FW area entitled “APOP Pinballarama” in Arlington Texas at La Quinta near Six Flags over Texas, not much more than a few collectors and hobbyists getting together to show off their games.  “Pinballarama” did not continue, but it did light a fuse for a group of local collectors that met at Super Auctions to form a new show.   In 2002, the first “Texas Pinball Festival” show was hosted at a nearby Hotel Holiday Inn in Arlington.  Knowing that the show needed more space in 2003, we moved the show to a slightly larger Holiday Inn in Las Colinas near D/FW Airport and held the show in the fall at this location for a couple of years. It quickly grew bigger. In 2007, we moved the show to the 15,000+ square foot ball room of the Grapevine DFW Lakes Hilton. In 2013, we moved to the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, with 45,000 square feet it became one of the largest shows in the U.S.  In 2014 we made Frisco the new home of TPF, and it continues today!
