As someone who started out at the show helping run the tournaments, “that’s pinball” was a common phrase that we would tell the players when something unexpected occurred. We are launching a metal ball at targets and ramps around a machine and things just break as a result. The good news is, if it happens at the TPF, we have many resources to help you get the game back up and running.
