Collectors

We need more games!

Collectors and enthusiasts like yourself help make the Texas Pinball Festival what it is. Without you, this show couldn’t exist. We refer to those of you that bring games in exchange for a weekend pass as “collectors.” Collectors get one (1) free weekend pass for each pinball machine or classic arcade game brought to the Texas Pinball Festival that can be enjoyed throughout the weekend by visitors of the Festival.

All collector machines brought to the 2025 Texas Pinball Festival can be entered into our various Best In Show competitions awarding ribbons and cash prizes. So bring that pride and joy from your game room and let others enjoy it for this once a year event! Who knows? YOU might just take home a Best In Show award, and some cash to boot!

Starting in 2024, our tournament games will also be eligible for our Best In Show competitions. Our judges will be out bright and early and will take a stop in the tournament room, so if you are planning on bringing a machine for use in one of our tournament events, you can still win a prize. Reach out to us if you would like your machine to be available for use in our tournaments, we always look for a nice breadth of machines across all years to challenge our players.

Register as a collector now!

In addition to a weekend pass and entry into the Best In Show competition, this year we’re giving our collectors the following incentives*:

– exclusive access to the Collector After Party on Saturday night
– a TPF Show T-shirt in an exclusive color per exhibited game (while supplies last)

– Collector games must be in good working order at the start of the show. Our show technicians will verify that games turn on and play properly.
– Collector games must be set to free play for the duration of the show.
– Collector games that are not set up by 4pm on Friday, March 21, 2025 or that are removed from the show floor before 12am on Saturday, March 22, 2025 do not qualify for an Collector After Party entry.
There is an early removal fee for Collector games removed from the show floor before 2:30pm on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Additionally, games removed before this time do not qualify for subsequent prize drawings or Best In Show awards consideration.
